How to change cPanel password

There is two methods to changing your cPanel password.

If you already know your password and can log into cPanel, on your frontpage/homepage of cPanel, go to Preferences and on there is a change password option. Select that, it will reuest your old/current password.

 

If you do not have your cPanel password, you can reset it yourself, by logging into our billing software here :

https://www.madgenius.com/portal/clientarea.php

Once you have logged in, on the right there is an option for My Products and Services, click that.

On the right of the domain you want to change your cPanel password, there is an icon that looks like this : , click it.

Where it says : " » Login Details " You can change your password, and then hit update.

 

Please remember, your WHMCS username and password, are different from your cPanel username and password.
